16 Weeks of class meeting September 1st - December 31st with a week off for Thanksgiving and a week off for Christmas
Beginning September 1st, a 16 week journey through seasonal gardening, plant biology, kitchen skills and Biblical stewardship. This class introduces hands-on learning inspired by the gardens of Hillside Forest Farm and Orchard. They’ll study pollinators, herbs, orchard ecology, and seasonal crops while working directly with the living systems God designed.
This class is a perfect blend of biology, homesteading and faith.
