11 Weeks of class meeting October 1st - December 17th with a week off for Thanksgiving,
Journey through seasonal gardening, plant biology, kitchen skills and Biblical stewardship. This class introduces hands-on learning inspired by the gardens of Hillside Forest Farm and Orchard. They’ll study pollinators, herbs, orchard ecology, and seasonal crops while working directly with the living systems God designed.
This class is a perfect blend of biology, homesteading and faith. Parents and grandparents are welcome to attend with their student.
